Miami Beach

Miami Beach is known the world over. Famous for it’s nightlife, gorgeous beaches, resorts, fashion, and entertainment it is considered a desirable location by many in all parts of the World. Miami has become a fashion and art mecca drawing many from the Americas and Europe. Museums and exhibits are abundant and festivals are held year round due to the wonderful weather.

A popular neighborhood is South Beach, with 23 blocks of high end condos fulfilling peoples expectations of Miami with restaurants, nightclubs, luxury hotels, and shopping. It is known for it’s Art Deco architecture, so popular it has been preserved as a historic part of Miami.

South Beach, often referred to as SoBe is a two-and-a-half mile area at the southern end of Miami Beach between First Street and 25th Street.It is the most exciting and popular neighborhood of Miami Beach. Some of the most luxurious South Beach condos are at the tip at South Pointe. The world famous Joe’s Stone Crab Restaurant is alos located there and has been open since 1915.

In 1979 the Art Deco District in South Beach was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It has the largest collection of Art Deco architecture in the world. The protected buildings include motels, hotels, apartments, and structures which were built between 1923 and 1943.
