Cutler Bay

Old Cutler Bay is located in the southern part of Coral Gables on 150 acres of lush tropical vegetation and bordering the crystal blue waters of Biscayne Bay. Old Cutler Bay is a secluded, gated community with architecturally designed mansions and estate homes on waterfront properties along tree-lined streets.

Cutler Bay is home to numerous neighborhoods and is known by the motto “excellent place to live, work and play”. Originally called Cutler Ridge it was explored by William Cutler back in 1870 and it was he and his associates who began to develop the area, and installing Old Cutler Road. Cutler Bay has parks and is home to Black Point Marina.

There are many choices for shopping, dining, and entertainment in nearby Pinecrest as well as South Miami, downtown Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove.

Within minutes you can enjoy the splendid 444 acre preserve of the Deering Estate, the beautiful 83-acre Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, Matheson Hammock Park and Beach, and Pinecrest Gardens. A 30-minute drive takes you to the Miami International Airport, Downtown Miami, and the Port of Miami, home to some of the largest cruise ships in the world.
