Brickell City Centre Retail Space is Open
Brickell City Centre retail space has opened for business after four years of construction. According to local resources it leased quickly and is already almost sold out.
The Brickell City Centre is a three story open-air shopping center. Encompassing 565,000 square feet of retail space with a 107,000 square foot Saks Fifth Avenue installation and a luxury movie theater for local residents. A 30 million dollar climate ribbon sets it off.
Retailers in Brickell City Centre include the following just to name a few:

- Bath and Body Works
- Porsche Design
- Tommy Bahama
And many more including high end designers are scheduled to open their doors.
The $1.05 billion mix use project developed by Swire Properties caters to local residents and allows a place to work, live and entertain themselves. Brickell City Centre has two residential condo towers named Reach and Rise. It is also home to the EAST Hotel that opened earlier this year in May as well as several office buildings. A more high end dining and entertainment catering to the district is also in situ.
The Brickell City Centre was a much anticipated and needed project int he growing downtown area of Miami.
